The State of Oregon mandates that the facility administrator of an Assisted Living Facility must :
- Complete a DHS-approved 40-hour training
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED-equivalent
- 2 Years Professional or Management Experience in the Health or Social Services Field
- Complete 20 Hours of Continuing Education per Year
- Submit to and Pass a Criminal History Check
